A few lovely things that I have spotted in the sales.
I need some leopard print shoes and these Miu Miu iterations are TDF!

I am feeling the maxi vibe and this little Jill Sander number would be perfect for me. Don’t you think so?

I should point out that I have previously come a cropper whilst clad in a maxi skirt by becoming entangled within the copious amounts of fabric that are a necessary characteristic of a maxi. This of course, would be exacerbated by the teaming of the above shoes with said frock.
This gorgeous frock appeals to me because I could portray an ethereal writer of pony books whilst wafting about thusly clad. Is it too reminiscent of lingerie? Also is that a bad thing?
I have a problem with pendant necklace type arrangements for reasons that are unclear, however this looks like one that I could wear without feeling suburban.

Now this little, black frock (with navy accents, so it’s not really black) would be such a work-horse come summer. A must have piece, yes? And look, it’s Miu Miu! A theme emerges.
Finally I LOVE these Miu Miu boots and they are not on sale as in discount or otherwise as they are pre-order for the Northern hemispherical winter. Not much change from 1000 bucks I’m afraid.
I shouldn’t have included them here but must needs be my next winter purchase. Dream on.

Very nice! I agree about the pendant necklace thing, they’re never worked for me either.
Why are they so hard to wear? My sister does the pendant thing well, so does JD.
Yes, I know a few people who seem to pull them off amazingly, and whenever I do it I’m never happy with it. Pendants I mean.
I did once narrow it down to the fact that it is very important what kind of neck line the top you’re wearing has – cleavage of any sort is a no-no with a pendant (as far as I’ve ascertained)
Also – love the dress with the navy frill.
I think that is correct re cleavage. Also the length of the pendant, it has to hit in the right spot. Looks nice with a low, v-neck maybe?
